Jeder JOUR FIXE ist einem bestimmten Thema gewidmet, welches manchmal mehr, manchmal weniger mit dem Ballettensemble und dem Ballettspielplan zu tun hat. Hier ist endlich einmal Zeit, über ballettspezifische Fragen ins Gespräch zu kommen, und es gibt die seltene Gelegenheit, den Künstlern zu begegnen, die sonst auf der Bühne stehen. In Probenausschnitten zu einer Produktion des aktuellen Repertoires wird demonstriert, wie an der Choreographie gearbeitet wird.
