Ballett-Universität (Ballet-university) combines the practice of Staatsballett Berlin and the academic dance studies. It is a collaboration between Staatsballett Berlin and the institute of dance studies (Institut für Tanzwissenschaft) of Freie Universität Berlin. Lectures by renowned dance scholars provide background and knowledge concerning the practice and history of dance. If you want to deepen your knowledge of dance and ballet you are invited to participate.
