Gai Behar

From 1999 to 2005, Gai Behar had a significant influence on the art and nightlife scene in Tel Aviv. He produced live music, artistic events, and techno raves. Between 1999 and 2005, under the title Man Without a Shirt, he curated and produced broader events in Tel Aviv. The first of these events was co-curated with Uri Katzenstein, and the second included works by Sharon Eyal. Alongside Ori Lichtik, Behar performed Anna Frank 14, a techno-acoustic lineup based primarily on minimalist rhythms and melodies. Gai Behar joined Sharon Eyal in co-creating Bertolina (2005) and has collaborated on the creations of Sharon Eyal ever since. Alongside Half Life (2018), STRONG (2019), and 2 Chapters Love (2023).
