Stefanie Arndt
Stefanie Arndt received her dance training at the Ballet School of the Hamburg State Opera under John Neumeier. In 1983, she won the Prix de Lausanne and was taken into the Hamburg Ballet by John Neumeier in 1984. In 1989, she was appointed as the First Soloist and performed leading roles in the repertoire. She collaborated with leading choreographers who created various roles for her. Stefanie Arndt was recognized with awards for her work as a dancer. In 1994, she joined William Forsythe at the Ballet Frankfurt. She concluded her dancing career in 2002; since then, the freelance artist has been teaching in various companies worldwide and staging choreographies by William Forsythe. She is regularly engaged internationally as a teacher and coach. Additionally, she has assisted David Dawson and Jacopo Godani.
