Nodira Burchanowa

Nodira Burchanova, born in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, began her piano lessons at the age of six. She completed her education from 1976 to 1981 and from 1984 to 1987 at the Saint Petersburg State Conservatory. From 1993, she worked as a pianist for the ballet company at the Grand Theatre in Łódź. Invited by Vladimir Malakhov, she joined the ballet company of the Staatsoper Unter den Linden in 2003, which merged into the Staatsballett Berlin a year later.
