    Tobias Fischer studied School Music at the University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart, as well as French at the University of Stuttgart. In 2014, his first engagement led him to the Young Opera of the Stuttgart State Opera as a music theater educator. From 2015 to 2017, he worked as a production assistant at the Semperoper Ballett Dresden. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2019, he was engaged as an assistant to the ballet director Birgit Keil at the Staatsballett Karlsruhe. In 2020, Birgit Keil appointed him to the board of trustees of her dance foundation. Since the 2019/20 season, Tobias Fischer has been the production manager at the Staatsballett Berlin.
